What to include in your message

You don't need a specification. But the more of this we have up front, the more useful our first reply will be — and the less back-and-forth it takes to get to a real answer.

  • What you are trying to achieve — the outcome, not just the feature list
  • Any rough timeline or fixed date you are working towards
  • A budget range, even a wide one — it decides scope more than anything else
  • What already exists: a codebase, a design, a spreadsheet, or nothing at all
  • Who will use it, and roughly how many of them

Who we work with, and where

We work with founders validating a first idea, small and mid-sized businesses replacing manual processes with software they own, and in-house teams that need extra engineering capacity for a defined stretch of work. Projects range from a focused four-week build to a platform developed over several months.

CodeVar Technologies is based in Hajipur, Bihar, India, and we work remotely with clients across India and internationally. Being remote-first means the timezone question is a scheduling detail rather than an obstacle — we hold regular written updates and calls at a time that suits you.
